Bill's an ex dairy farmer and retired lithographer who relaxes by panning for gold.    I run global warming scenarios on the computer and read science fiction for fun.  We met on a church singles page on the Internet. We agree on the important things and complement each other in other things.  I want to plant flowers in the greenhouse.   I think we get better yields if we plant flowers in the vegetable garden because of biodiversity, insect control, etc.   As a bonus, they're pretty and they smell nice, too.    Bill thinks flowers are a waste of good garden space.   He plants flowers in the vegetable garden anyway, because he knows it makes me happy.  

Recently we've been taking a break from building our self sufficient homestead to travel the world to learn about other cultures and farming methods, past and current.  (Sold the animals but kept the greenhouse.)  We are able to answer all of your emails and stay on top of your orders (which are shipped by an employee) because the Internet is available worldwide!  So please keep your questions and comments coming.   We look forward to hearing from you.
